Reservation: If you want to make reservation, please contact us directly to our addresses by email or phone. We will reply it as soon as possible
Payment: Let us know if you have transferred full cash or deposit to our bank account at least a week before on arrival date and please fax photo copy of receipt as evidence from bank transfer to the address below
Cancellation Procedure: Please let us know at least 10 days before arrival date if you want to cancel your reservation
Cancellation Fee: Cancellation will be charge 25% as administration if you cancel 10 days before on your arrival, Cash back 50% if you cancel one day before on your arrival, 100% charge if you cancel on departure date.
Permit: We require your copy o Passport and Visa or KITAS to obtain to the police and park permit
Health: No specification skill needed to join in our trip. For Orangutan-tours Packages most of the foods are Indonesian food. We served with hygiene’s consideration and healthy. For protect your skin from mosquito please bring suntan lotion and insect repellent. Please take malaria pill a week before you are doing this trip
Insurance: We suggest you take your own insurance to cover yourself and to cover importance goods such as like camera and others.
Lightweight Equipment: For our client’s who want to do expedition, we suggest to bring lightweight equipment just what you need in order you fell more comfort.

In Kalimantan is allowed 10Kg (Kalstar and Indonesia Air Transport) 15 kg for Boat: It is prepared for special tourist boat, for our trip at Orangutan-tours Tour Packages.
