Upon arrival at Pangkalan Bun airport, you wil be picked up by our local staff thentransfer to Kumai for boarding on the boat. The boat is a traditional wooden boat we called“Klotok “ about 12 m by 2,5 m with a roof which forms the upper deck where you can view the rain forest as it glides by.The guide team includes the boatman, a cook, and expert guide.You will cruise the river and observe the proboscis monkey (Nasalis Larvatus) Long Tail Macacaque ( Macacaque Fasicularis ), silver langur And some.birds. After breakfast boarding to the boat for visit Camp Leakey where the older orangutans are Introuduced Into the forest . You will have a time for treck through the forest. Late afternon at 2 pm visit feeding station to see the rehabilitated orangutan are given additional foods. Then we sail down the river side for stay near the crocodile lake (L, B, D )

After breakfast boating down the river for visit Pandok Tanggui the new ex-Captive\orangutan are introuduced in the forest. You have oppurtunity treck to rain forest and appreciate flora as well as learn more about the medical plan are growing in the rain forest.In the afternoon visit the traditional village and exploring the night trip to see the fireflies around the nipa palm.Enjoy your dinner with candle light on boat. After breakfast transfer to Pangkalan Bun to speedboat stage. Please cover your valuable things with dry bags and put suntan lotion for sun protection. We recommended please bring your soft earplugs as the sound of speedboat is so noisy. You will board on the speedboat on the Arut River before change the Lamandau River.On the way you will pass some villages along the Lamandau river,logging company and some rapids. Stop at the village for lunch.Upon arrival at Bokonsu Village around 4 hours take a speedboat,check in at long house as your accommodation. This long house was built around 1883, these buldings are made from Iron Wood ( Exodilyron Zwalegeri), upon arrival at long house you will be served eating battle nut, where they will show you how to make it. After breakfast sightseing around the village then trek to the jungle see the daya doing an activities in the field as their traditional, clear the garden, plant some vegetables, hunting and learn more about their daily activities. Lunch will be cooked in bamboo with very traditional explore wildlifes like musked chivet, flying lemur, deer or several kinds of birds. Late afternoon return to long house . After dinner the dayak people will ring one of the music intrument to gather people for the party we called “ Hornbill Dance “ lots of people will join this party and you will be welcomed as like a King and a Queen. You will be pleased sit on the top of the gong, then two men sit next to you and they give scrafies which has prepared in antique plate. After the ritual ceremony has done then two dayak men and two women wear the uniform. They come to everyone who are in the ceremony for shake hand as they like need permission for start to dance, while people are dancing someone bring a cup of rice wine they offer you to drink it.
